3de plaats op 'Battle Of the lowlands'

Zaterdag ging het nieuwe funpark in Ice Mountain open. Voor de gelegenheid was er direkt een wedstrijd aan verbonden. Bij de skiers slechts 7 deelnemers aan de start. De wedstrijd was onder de vorm van een jam-sessie, dwz gewoon 20min dat iedereen door elkaar skiet en zijn eigen ding doet. De jury kijkt toe en haalt er de beste uit volgens algemene impressie. Al gouw was duidelijk dat Koen Speleman overheerste en hij stond

dan ook op het hoogste schavotje van het podium. Plaatse twee en drie was een spannende strijd voor mij en Rino Vervaet. Uiteindelijk was het Rino die de tweede plaats behaalde en ik werd derde. Ik was tevreden omdat ik van mezelf vond dat ik goed geskied had.
